Procedure to request a private session during my upcoming visit to Philadelphia
1) Complete the session request form below
2) If this is your first session with me, complete the "Preliminary Questionnaire" at www.aaamassage.net/id10.html
(link below)
3) You will receive a response from me via e-mail indicating if your requested days / times are available
4) Once a day/time is established for your session, you must either pre-pay for your session by sending a personal check
or money order - OR - I can send you an invoice through PayPal.com. You can satisfy this PayPal invoice using either a personal
or business checking account or a major credit card
5) Once your payment has been received / processed, you will receive a final confirmation of your session
6) Upon my arrival in Philadelphia, you will receive either an e-mail or a phone call from me or my partner re-confirming
your appointment and providing you with our room number at the hotel.
7) You will also receive another re-confirmation via telephone or e-mail at least 24 to 48 hours prior to your scheduled
session.
Why do I request advance payment for your session?
Over the years, experience has taught me that there are many guys who schedule sessions and are not truly sincere about
keeping them.
Please realize that there are only a limited number of session times available for both myself and my massage partner.
As is usually the case, there are many guys who request sessions whom we are unable to accommodate due to limited availability.
If we commit a time for your requested session and you do not show, not only are we at a loss for the income for that
session time, but more importantly, someone else is denied a time which could have been made available to them.
If you are not comfortable with pre-paying for your session (we are verified members of PayPal.com), I suggest you simply
ask to be placed on our "standing list" in case of any "last-minute" cancellations.

Submit the following information to request a private session
You MUST provide a valid contact telephone number (preferred) and/or a valid email address
in your session request below in order for your request to be considered.
*** if you have not received a response from me within 24 hours after submitting your request - or you received any kind
of error message after pressing the submit button - please contact me directly via email or telephone
Cancellation and "No Show" Policy
When scheduling a private session, please understand that I am committing time from my schedule to accommodate your session.
In all fairness, you should feel a sense of commitment to that time as well. If you are unable to keep your scheduled
appointment, you should notify me by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible, so that I might offer the time I made available
for your session to someone else.
If you cancel your session at least 7 days prior to your scheduled session, you will receive a refund of 100% of your
session fee.
If you cancel your session at least 72 hours prior - but less than 7 days prior to your scheduled session, you will receive
a refund of 50% of your session fee.
If you do not notify me at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled session, you are obligated for the full cost of the
session.
Likewise, if you do not show for your session, you are also obligated to pay for the full cost of your session.
If you are unable to accept these terms, it is best that you consider not scheduling a session with me in the first place.

Session Confirmation Procedure
In order to reduce the number of "last minute" cancellations and "no show" appointments, the following Session
Confirmation Procedure will apply to all requested sessions.
I will attempt to contact you via telephone to request confirmation of your requested session between 24 hours to 48
hours prior to your scheduled session. I must receive an RSVP to the session confirmation at least 24 hours prior
to your scheduled session in order for me to hold the session time open for you.
If you are unable or unwilling to provide telephone contact information, I will attempt to contact you via
email. Again, I must receive an RSVP to the session confirmation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session in
order for me to hold the session time open for you.
If your session is not confirmed via an RSVP to my request at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session, your
session time will be considered "unconfirmed" and will be offered to another client (from my "standing list").
Your session request is
normally forwarded to me within minutes after you submit it -
